Troubleshooting Adding your Okapi as a "Device":

  1. Make sure you have connected your Okapi to a functioning power source. There is no "on" switch, Okapi is automatically on as soon as it is "plugged in".
  2. Check to make sure your computer really has Bluetooth. If not, you may need to go purchase a USB Bluetooth accessory.
  3. Some computers are awesome at detecting bluetooth devices like Okapi: they can be up to 30ft away, with walls and floors between them and still have no problems detecting. Some are not so great at detecting devices. In this case, try moving your computer within line-of-sight and closer to the Okapi.
  4. Try restarting your computer, and also doing the same with the Okapi (unplugging it and then plugging it back in again to its power source.)
